I was recommended this company by a good friend of mine. I had someone out to my house to give me a quote for a new Trane HVAC system (to replace the 20 yr Trane unit that was still running). We came to an agreement and I had the new, complete installation, in less than 2 weeks. I also had the ducts and vents cleaned because I was starting off with a new unit. I was pleased that this work only took one day. The installers came on time and left with the AC running. Plus - they left the job site clean. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for this service installation.

We were disappointed because the person who did our check up last Friday had indicated that the problem was solved. Since there was still a problem, we aren’t sure that we should’ve had pay for a service call.

A HUGE thank you to Robin and Jake. Our A/C died during the heat of the summer--noticed too late to call that day. I called TDK first thing the next morning and talked to Robin. While I was able to get an appt the next day, she told me she would try to get someone out later that day if possible. And it happened! She followed up and Jake was able to come early afternoon...very professional and diagnosed our condensor fan motor had died. He fixed it right away and we are back in business with a cool home. Thank you both!!! I highly recommend TDK.
