My air conditioning unit quit broke and needed replaced and everyone I contacted was a week to 3 weeks to even get a quote then I contacted TDK on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning I had a quote which I accepted. A date was set and two weeks later the unit was installed and now enjoying the nice cold air. The entire process was painless and from the office staff to the installers everyone was very friendly and professional. With this crazy heat this year and how busy everyone is I am glad that I contacted TDK. I will note that I live in Skull Valley and was told by one company that I was to far to come out, TDK said no problem. Need service or new ac I recommend...read full review

I had TDK install two a/c systems five years ago. The work was professional and fully met my expectations. Since then, I have had them perform semiannual maintenance and I remain completely satisfied with their work.Services: Heating system installation

We purchased our heater from this Company and now are having problems with it not starting to heat in the mornings. Their service man came and ran a diagnosis and cleaned the filters. Everything appeared to be ok and heater was running. This morning the same thing happened. The office manager told my husband if you do not like our service call someone else. What kind of company does that. Stir clear if this one....
