“I had a maintenance call several years ago (appx 2019). Cost a few hundred dollars as the system was charged, some new fittings and minor upgrades.In 2021 some circuit thing-a-ma-jig went out. They came out within a day, it was the heat of the summer and our air conditioning was up and running.In 2022 I wanted a special soft start added. They came out, they had already put that part on and was told "give me $20 for gas"! I guess be a steady customer has it's advantages. Just a Great Thanx!!“

Last week, we opened a ticket with TDK for a problem with our air conditioning. The A/C unit was running, but the fan wasn't working. Although TDK had a full schedule, they managed to get a tech out to us that same afternoon. By the next morning, we had a new fan & motor and were back in business!
