There are times I go there for lots of tight spots and then there are times to just get a massage to relax. I always come away very pleased. So relaxed that I take a nap when I get home.
I'm dealing with a shoulder injury and the work she has done is amazing. My pain level went from a 10 to about a 2. She listens and welcomes feedback. She pays close attention to how one reacts to her massage and adjusts accordingly.
The only place I've ever gotten so much relief from my SI joint pain! Perfect amount of pressure released all the tension in my neck and low back! Wonderful place, I'd highly recommend!
