I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a scam. My health insurance company has tried to submit my claim for them several times. Now they are trying to collect $1500 from me. I will never ever go to one of these e.r.'s again.

Another would be 0 star review. Same sort of issues as other reviewers for over a year and a half I have been trying to get this company to send the claim to insurance. I never received a bill until a collection company sent me a letter 8 months after service for an emergency room visit for my child. All other claims had the correct information and were submitted for the same visit, and sent me bills to the correct address. The collection company said it was denied, but my insurance has never seen a claim from this group. If you get turned over to collections, call your insurance company. They were paid by the insurance company and turned over the debt 2 years later. Now won't acknowledge the Insurance Companies Canceled check number. Make a complaint to the AZ Attorney General's Office.
