I like Dr Loo but I have never been actually charged for having to change an appointment, even on the day of in the past. I was charged $40.00 2x for cancelling an appointment that was apparently booked twice by them. They removed one of the double charges but still asked for $40 for missing the appointment.I will never go back.
My family has been coming to Dr. Loo since 2016. I have been seeing Dr. Loo from 2017. He is a GREAT doctor who cares about every single patient that walks through his clinic doors. The front office staff are nice and friendly.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Loo since the mid 1990’s. He is great, he is really like family. I could go on, but there is not enough room to keep writing. I would recommend Dr. Loo in an instant.
