I like my doctor at Optum Primary Care and have been happy with the quality of care she provides. However, the office consistently runs significantly behind schedule. My first annual physical appointment was delayed by 40 minutes, so I ended up rescheduling. At the second appointment, despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, the doctor was still running 45 minutes behind.
I understand that occasional delays happen in healthcare, but repeated long wait times are frustrating and unprofessional. I truly appreciate Dr.Pina Shah’s patience, kindness, and attention to detail. She always takes time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make me feel heard and cared for. I feel very comfortable and confident knowing I’m in such good hands.
Optum Primary Care - I was very impressed with my first visit. Shannon at the front desk was wonderful; professional yet personable. Dr. Tyrone Hanks was great - friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Finally, the phlebotomist, Tara was great too! I had my labs done there and received the results the next day!
