About NB Taekwondo & Fitness Center

NB Taekwondo & Fitness is a great place to learn new skills, gain confidence and make friends. The instructors are fantastic, knowledgeable, patient and kind. The atmosphere is amazing and has a family feel, with kids, teenagers and adults all encouraged, challenged and pushed towards doing best. A fun bonding thing with children. The master and instructors demonstrate skills with patience and dedicated. Highly recommended.

NB Taekwondo where introverts become extroverts! I was unsure at first but after the 2- week trial, I saw the potential for growth. The growth didn’t happen right away, but with consistency and practice she is thriving. Over the two years since she’s been enrolled she is more confident, disciplined, self aware and stronger. From a shy chrysalis, she’s transformed into a vibrant butterfly.

My son Logan started out as a student here and it helped him grow and stay strong. He’s now one of the chosen few to teach here. I couldn’t be more proud. He has grown up and become a great young man. So happy he’s found a skill that brings him joy and will stay with him his whole life that he can share with others .

I have been taking classes since July 17th. It is a great place to go and learn new skills, gain confidence, and make new friends. The instructors are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Thank you to Master Johnny and the rest of the instructors. You are incredible!!!
