Dr. Shiffler and her team are not only welcoming and kind, but their waiting room is stocked with snacks, drinks, activities for kids, and they even have Wiki sticks that they allow the children to decorate their waiting room walls with! I think what stands out most about the Be Well Medical experience is that at your first visit Dr. Shiffler spends 90 MINUTES per patient going into an incredibly thorough history, exam, and answering questions. It’s obvious that she cares so much more about quality of care than making money. Dr. Shiffler is incredibly knowledgeable, and as a medical provider myself, I completely trust her to care for my children.

Dr. Shiffler has also personally drawn labs on my 4, 7, and 12 year olds not only skillfully, but caringly! It’s truly a dream to receive such comprehensive care in one location. I think that Be Well Medical is the kind of medical home we’ve all been looking for, but haven’t experienced in the 21st-century.“

My only concern is that the customer service is lacking. Little things like smiling, eye contact, talking at a volume where I can hear what you are saying, need improvement.

The prepayment protocol does not make a customer feel valued. It’s like you are punishing me for other people’s actions. It also seems like a money grab for the business.

All that being said, I will continue to use Balance Hormones for their products and convenience.“
