The level of care by every Doctor and NP in this practice is excellent. Dr Perales and Dr Hernandez are incredible Doctors, and the empathy and care for their patients is truly exceptional. This is true of Haymee and Erica and Jackie as well. Each are so professional, gracious and offer incredible care. And all the staff in front. They are all so courteous and responsive. My elderly parents and elderly parents in-law, along with my husband and I and our sons all go to Live Well Family Medicine and we cannot say enough good about them.
