I felt listened to from the very beginning, her office is warm and welcoming. She was patient as I shared why I was there. She is versed in many different healing modalities (massage, breath work, stretching, reiki, and more) and adjusted her practices throughout my session to accommodate my needs (and oh—do I have a lot of needs.) Review of My Experience with Monique as a Trauma Coach
Working with Monique as my trauma coach for close to eight months has been nothing short of transformative. The growth I’ve experienced, particularly in my relationships, finances, and inner self-talk, has been profound. My relationship with my mom has flourished as I’ve learned to approach old wounds with compassion and understanding. My perspective on my finances has shifted, allowing me to step into a more empowered and abundant mindset. Most importantly, my inner dialogue—once riddled with self-doubt and negativity—has become a source of strength and encouragement.
