I was so thankful that they came out in the evening as my temperature in the house kept going up, I needed them to fix the problem. Not only was the AC gentleman here, but also the plumber came out, and got it all fixed by 10:30 at night!

Dexter was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly an expert at what he does. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our AC system, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. He was courteous, professional, clean, and very efficient. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job right. It’s refreshing to have a technician who is not only skilled but also communicates so well with the customer.
