Absolutely insane how bad the billing for this company is, reach out to Mercy Gilbert instead because it’s a contracted entity, absolutely insane this company is allowed to do business in the US.

I was in contact with these incompetent fools multiple times. Every time I thought it was settled, it would turn out it wasn’t. I would call and give them the insurance info to bill and they just never did their job and sent me to collections. It’s amazing these people are in business, absolute incompetence to operate a business.

Have been getting multiple medical bills from Chandler Radiology. They don’t know what they’re doing and they keep sending bills for entire service. They are using Envision Services out of Indianapolis to bill me. Medicare already paid but they want more, Avoid them at all costs.
