I too have the same issue with them as everyone else, asked them to bill insurance MULTIPLE TIMES they never did and now am dealing with a collections company for what should be paid by insurance. Absolute nightmare not sure why a large hospital like Mercy Gilbert even allows them to do things like this.

Absolutely ridiculous company. If you go to Mercy Gilbert, be prepared to deal with them as an aftermath. As other reviews say, they bill the wrong insurance companies, even after you call them multiple times with the information. Then, get ready for a call from a collection agency.

Totally unprofessional in how they do business. We were sent to collections 2 1/2 years after the date of care and never once received any notification that there was an outstanding balance. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable in how they operate their business
