Patients praise the attentive care provided by Dr. Ahluwalia, who is described as a pleasure to work with and dedicated to finding solutions to their needs. The nurse practitioner, Victoria Gandia, is also commended for her hard work and ensuring patient satisfaction. While there may be occasional issues with reaching the front desk, the overall service at Advanced Gastroenterology PC is lauded as lovely and efficient. The medical assistants are friendly, and the checkout process with Sujey is smooth. Patients express gratitude for the thorough and informative care they receive, as well as the doctor's openness to their suggestions and referrals to other specialists when necessary.
Initially seen by an MD Resident who was arrogant, ill-informed, and rude. The NP I worked with was also curt and condescending. I almost got up and walked away during the appointment. The front office staff was generally kind. You will be a number at this practice, not a valued patient. I strongly suggest looking into other options. I canceled my follow-up as a result of my initial appointment.
The care and concern of the doctors and entire staff at this office is very good. They listen, take their time to search out your health concerns, and speak honestly with you about your care and medications. I highly recommend this practice for your gastro care.
I should have listened to these reviews. Christina Miller was horrible. She was the most condescending medical provider I have ever encountered. She spoke too fast, refused to repeat herself, and acted annoyed when I asked follow-up questions. She was quick to dismiss me with constipation (which I knew I didn't have) and prescribed 3 sets of X-rays that were expensive and CONFIRMED I wasn't constipated. I switched gastros and received much better care when I did. Stay away.
