I came in to have the lock on my truck's glove box checked. I locked it but it will not unlock. I mentioned that it was close to closing time and I can come another day but they said to come on in. I really appreciate that. In two minutes they determined that my key was worn and that's why it wasn't working. They asked if I tried my spare key and I mentioned that I only received one when I purchased the truck and am very lucky that I haven't lost it because I've heard that it's a expensive pain in the booty if you lose your only chipped key. At the end of the day, when they are ready to close shop and go home, they fixed my glove box issue and whipped up a new key and fob for us. The two gentlemen were nice, helpful and easy to work with. I am very pleased with Anderson Lock and Safe. Thanks, guys, for your help today.
I visited Anderson Locksmith after several big-box stores refused to cut a custom blank I had purchased. The service was incredibly quick--I spent more time fumbling with my keyring than it took for them to cut my key! Super fast, excellent service. I called Anderson to get a key made, working with Armando, and they were able to have it cut and ready in the 15 minutes it took to get to their shop. Helpful associates, very knowledgeable and were able to help make good suggestions.
