Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and was aware of the issue right away after a couple tests. Would highly recommend and will continue to use their services as long as we are in the area. Hands down best experience I’ve had with a service technician.

We have been working with these guys for over a year now. We started service with them in the Verde Valley and have used them for repairs, tune-ups and a full replacement. We now use them in Tempe too. Where big companies fall short these guys exceed. They are a growing company putting great process into place that allows them to focus on providing exceptional service and the attentiveness that so many companies don’t have anymore. It’s one of the few companies we work with where we actually look forward to seeing them and know it’s not going to be dramatic.

Ferrell Air is one of the most reliable companies I work with. They installed whole new HVAC system to my restaurant, it has never been cooler or warmer. I turned a friend who owns a winery on to them and that friend is very happy with their service too. Thanks Rusty and Michelle!
