Joe Wise provided an extremely thorough, competitive quote on very short notice and was able to get me an install date just a few days later. His quote included very good equipment and multiple updates/upgrades that didn't appear in the quotes I was considering. His crew showed up on time, were extremely friendly, and did a great job, from start to finish. Joe also explained that his crew are not paid on commission and therefore never need to try to up sell on unnecessary upgrades. This gave me a huge confidence boost and I so happy I decided to go with a local company like Wise Cooling and Heating.
Kole did a great job today. We were having a problem with our mini split, and he initially thought he would need to take it apart in search of the leak. But because he was knowledgeable, thorough, and inquisitive he was able to find a significant leak that was quite easy for him to reach. We are grateful and had a happy experience with Wise.
Very nicely done! Everything that was needed without intrusion inside! So if something was going on, very little interruption! And the results excellent for the household! Thank you!!
