We had a horror report from Parker & Sons that seems to be the norm so they can get their commission. WISE stepped in at our
request and our A/C is working great and nice and quiet. NO WE DO NOT NEED A NEW A/C!
My A/C started acting up through the night, emailed Wise in the morning and they were at my place that afternoon. Found the problem and had my unit up and running like new. Thank you!
UPDATE: Joe is still the best in the biz!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cooling and heating needs. Dependable, affordable, honest - I really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much!!
Both owner, Joe Wise, and son, Joey, go above and beyond to give the ultimate in customer service! After having another company come out and give me an estimate on AC repair, I decided I needed a second opinion.
