Call was made 3:08 Wednesday and returned by 3:27. Air conditioning was not blowing cooled air. Jon had Luke out to our house by 4:45 to diagnose the issue. Luke diagnosed the issue (clogged dryer filter and broken thermal expansion valve) and let us know he could be back out in the morning and what the repair would entail. Luke and Nolan had the AC cooling by 1:30 Thursday. Solid communication, fair pricing, and quick attention. Would highly recommend if you are in a pinch like I was. Jon is a super nice guy who seems to genuinely care about his customers.
Westin and Nolan came out and did a repair to get my ac up and running. They were fantastic and the whole company has been wonderful to work with.
Guys showed up exactly when they said they would and they got us up and running in no time. Have used them a few times and there's just no other company that even comes close to them. Fair price, honest, prompt, knowledgeable, quick to fix the issue. I would give 10 stars if I could.
