David and his apprentice (I’m an airhead and can’t remember the dude’s name) seem to be straight shooters. My mini split system has been freezing up even after cleaning them; I contacted CCCC and explained the situation; they got a tech (David) out the next day.
The man was knowledgeable and informative, there was no upsell nor attempt to bamboozle me with tech talk, I was met with just a forthright approach to testing the system, adding some refrigerant, and suggesting I keep an eye on it to be sure this measure is the solution.
Based on this experience, I’d do business with them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
The service from this company was exceptional. I was able to reach the owner (Michael De Gennaro) on a Sunday night by email. I explained our situation (2nd A/C in a week not cooling, 111° degrees) and he was able to schedule a technician to come out the next morning (Michael himself). This is exceptional service indeed. He arrived on time, immediately identified the problem and came up with a solution. He was prompt, efficient, customer friendly and their fees were extremely reasonable (previous I purchased their Cooper Maintenance Plan). I highly recommend this company. Everyone is so helpful and great. We had one unit not cooling right on a Sunday evening, and texted them , and they replied right away. Set up an appointment and Fixed everything on Monday!! Awesome job!!
I have referred our neighbors to them as well and I hear nothing but excellent reviews! We put them on our HOA preferred vendor list.
