When every other company couldn't show up for one - two weeks. I called TNT and mark said he could be there the very next morning, it was 10pm when I got to home in rimrock.
He had the ac unit diagnosed and fixed within an hour of showing up.
He was not only honest, but very fair.

I want to give a shout out to Dustin & Mark @ TNT Heating & Cooling after they came out to give us a second opinion on our very old AC unit.
We were hoping it could be repaired, but after a thorough inspection they honestly explained that it had reached the point where replacement was the only reliable option. It wasn’t the news we wanted, but we really appreciated their honesty and that they never pressured us.
Even though we couldn’t move forward with a new system, they still treated us with respect and took the time to answer all of our questions. That says a lot about the kind of company they are.
