Aire Serv of North Central Arizona receives high praise for their heating and air conditioning services. The 3 guys that provided all necessary steps to install a brand new RUUD A/C unit were great. They were polite, informed the customer as to what was all going to be done, and answered all questions for the project. They were super patient, even after asking so many questions. The guys came out in the morning and started the removal of the old unit and began the installation of the new unit. They made the customer as comfortable as possible by bringing a portable a/c unit in as it had been 95° in the house. It took about 2.5 days to have everything completed and within an hour of having it running, the house got down to a comfortable 72°. Another customer was extremely pleased with the patience and work attitude of the service professional, who took the time to answer questions. These guys are professional, efficient, and kind. They spent 7 days at a house replacing two 20-year-old units. Another customer was happy that Aire Serv and Ryan honored their warranty, as the same issue happened again and they covered it under warranty. Ryan represents the company well in doing his best to make the customer happy.
