Goettl's installed a new furnace and A/C for me. The service level provided was outstanding from the everyone involved. Mo provided system options and pricing, Cesar provided the mechanical measurements to upgrade the ductwork requirements. Richard and his installation team were professional and were great to work with. I feel confident the installation work done will lead to years of trouble free usage.
Our AC went down and I had Goettls out the next day to take a look. Rafael was great, checked the coils, ran some tests and determined that it was either a freeze up or the coolant was getting low. Although our AC was end of life, he took the time to explain and teach my wife and I a few things since we are first time home owners. Eventually decided it wasn’t worth a repair and now we are in the estimate phase for a new furnace/AC or heat pump. AC was working again when he left so we will shop around and wait and see how the unit does through the end of summer. Thanks Raphael for teaching us a few things and recommending some options going forward.
There were some scheduling errors (on Goettl’s part), but my experience with their employees was stellar. I do not recall the name of the clerk who helped me, but she was patient, approachable, and knowledgeable (and appropriately conciliatory and service-forward when her field team dropped the ball). Full marks for her service acumen. Moreover, the technician that came to service our units was (happily for us) Rafael Castro. We had been helped once by Rafael, a few years back, and were already aware of his capacities and his service orientation.
