I used to get my eye glasses there. Good doctor by the way. It's been a few years, so now I live in the Grand canyon, so I called in May to get an appointment in May for the beginning of June, they said they do not make appointments a month a head. So I waited till June to call 2 weeks a head of time before I went on my vacation, she said all booked up and hung up before I could ask questions. Just called today May 27th for an appointment this week , she said all booked up, we are sorry and immediately hung up before I could ask for further dates before I head to the Grand Canyon. I like Doctor Clark, it's a shame I could not go there again, i guess they are to busy which is understandable. Looks like vegas it is. I guess.

Today I received a bill asking to pay a balance of $60 I used my insurance and paid the difference in cash at the time of my visit. NEVER had a problem anywhere else in my life. Seems like someone does not know how to bill our insurance. Won't be going there anymore. Good Luck Walmart getting paid! I have my receipts

Getting glasses here might work out but I DO NOT recommend getting your eye exam here with Dr Clark. Deception with the billing caused nothing but headaches. Find another eye doctor & save yourself the problems.

The optometrist here is Dr Clark. I DO NOT recommend him. Buy your glasses here if you like but find a different eye doctor.

Dr. Clark is an exceptionally good optometrist, he really made the process easy and his manner or way of being, idk the word, put me at ease. Debra and Rachel and the other associates I worked with (sorry I can't recall the name of the wonderful lady that did my intake, she was really great too!) I would certainly recommend this office to anyone.

I don't know how on earth this place wound up with 4+ stars. I went there today to see about an eye exam and some new glasses. The lady told me I'd have to call her every day to inquire if they had an opening/cancellation. What a joke ~! What happened to common courtesy such as " we are very busy right now" let me take down your name and number and we'll call you when we have an opening/cancellation! You'd think that would make sense from a business and servic perspective. Apparently not.! Now I would neither have my eyes checked nor buy a new pair of eyeglasses at this Walmart
