Jackson did cataract surgery on one of my eyes at Valley View Medical Hospital in July of 2024. He was discussing something else with someone while he did the surgery. I was alarmed frankly, and couldn't believe what I was hearing. I saw his team the next day and then about a week later. Instead of improved vision, I could hardly see through that eye so I postponed surgery on my 2nd eye. They scheduled me to come in again 3 months later. A week went by, then 2 weeks, 3 weeks and still no improvement. I saw another eye specialist who diagnosed a secondary cataract that I believe Jackson and his team should have seen during one of my follow up visits.
