Best customer care experience I've had in years. Dominique helped me set up a new burner phone with total wireless. It was a torturous process with the provider, but Dominique was professional, calm, knowledgeable and stuck with me over more than 6 calls to the provider to get the job done. I was so impressed with the personal service she provided, while overcoming one problem after another. I would highly recommend Dominique and the ReConnected team to help you through the scary tech stuff in your life. Fair prices, great service, kind staff.
Bought a new device from Reconnected device repair Dominique helped me set up the phone with data from my non working old device for free she helped me set up font size and volume and picked a louder ringtone for me. Great place
I had an issue with my iPod I went to Apple store in Las Vegas and they told me it could not be done I went to reconnection in bullhead City Arizona they was able to do what I asked them to do I still had a few issues after that with it and I went back three different times and they fixed the issues completely they did not charge me anything extra for all that extra work they did they are outstanding and very well trained personnel there was all kind and very courteous they treated me like I was really important and they went over and beyond out of their way to make sure that everything was okay with me I would highly recommend them to anybody that I know that has issues... read full review
