Quality First Air Duct Clean Service

My tenant called me last July because the AC was not working I called these guys to fix the problem which they did. However when I asked for a detailed invoice they were very reluctant. Eventually I got a detailed invoice from them. Last week my tenant called me and said that the heat was not working so I ended up calling another technician, who called me back and asked who was the last person to work on your AC system because there was some wires unplugged and that's why the heat was not working. It cost me another $85 to get the wires plugged back in for the heat to be working. These guys are not honest.

Todd arrived about 4 hours after we first called. He was very thorough and gave some good advice regarding replacing the filters. He checked both our units and was done in less than 30 minutes. Our air is back on. Excellent service!

This business has an odd sense of customer service. We recently called to get an estimate to have our A/C unit replaced, and his response was "Ya, I don't think we want that job". Those exact words literally! Glad to hear the other reviewer had such a great experience, but we were not met with the same professionalism. I would pass on this one.
