I was in a routine checkup. Lisa Blasko, always makes me feel comfortable, and she listens. I tend to ramble a lot and she remains attentive, and answers my questions. I feel like she cares about me as a patient. After the appointment she had the office call me to make sure I got some test results and was getting the proper referrals I needed.
My new Dr was a 360 degree turn from the abusive one before. I spoke with the manager and said she was removed and that my complaints on my surveys and calls were heard. I want to thank you for this as I had not been back to any Dr. since and did not know where to go as I had changed ins. So as a last resort I called you back to see if you took and ask not to see her again and was scared to come back. This wa a much more relaxed and pleasant visit than any previously.
