Roy is a kind, friendly, professional man. Is timely and charge by the hour. I had many "honey do" items for him, i.e., remove hose from spigot, assemble furniture/lamp, hung curtain rod, replaced hinge on cabinet door, hung posters/photos on wall, side gate was stuck, he repaired so it would open/close, reset mirror closet door on track.
