Nathan and Jessica were amazing. I was looking to purchase a very old mobile home and before making an offer I wanted an inspection. Nathan was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail to me. I am 4 hours away so he called me before leaving the property in case I had further questions. Unfortunately the home was not in great shape as you can imagine being 43 years old with absolutely no updating. But he explained in detail, options if I chose to make an offer. My offer was not accepted. However, I wanted to be sure to write a review because they were super professional!! I will use them again when I do find a mobile in the area. Nathan is a very thorough,knowledgable & professional. He explains everything he is doing. This is our third time usiing J & R Home Inspectons and will always use them in the future.
My realtor recommended J and R to preform our home inspection. After all was said and done, I was pleasantly pleased with not only the outcome of the home being tip-top, but the absolute thoroughness that Nathan provided. Nathan had most of the inspection done before we arrived which I was happy for because he was able to spend time with us going over almost every aspect of the inspection. My realtor told me to give Nathan time before arriving so we weren't a hindrance and wow, the amount of detail he was able to capture and document along with the time to educate us was 100% appreciative.And, that's not all! Wait for the report your going to receive in record time in PDF color format that has specific write-ups and pictures for each aspect of the inspection , and also comes with pictures of the appliances, including manufacture details such as serial numbers, models and more.We're hoping this is our forever home, but if not our next purchase will involve J and R to again preform the home inspection!
