The staff who helped my mom and I with my mom's small old dog, was amazing, so were the vets. My mom's dog Sweety, was adopted from the pound a year ago, unfortunately she had gotten bit by another dog, and had to be taken to the vet. The staff and everyone there, were so calm and easy going throughout all of it. They were understanding, they didn't stress the dog out at all, they assessed and addressed the problem and my mom's dog just finished the follow up appointment, and all is great, my mom's dog is healing up well, everything is looking good with my mom's dog, and the vet and staff were amazing, calm and understanding. I have always taken my dog here but had to changes vets I have been waiting a week for medication and went in to check if it was ready and they told me that they dont know when they will have the medication I had to cut the last one in half just so he can have this medication somewhat, friendly staff but,also didn't offer to write a prescription so I can go somewhere and get the medication luckily the other vet was able to see us today and got his medication.
