Liz PONCE is the worst person they can ever hire there ! She has been threatening people outside of her job and causing so much problems with everyone she comes to contact with! I hope she gets fired soon because she is DEFINITELY not qualified to even work at a mental health clinic when she’s spreading hate and harassment outside her job. I hope her managers does something about this soon. If you hear the name Elizabeth Ponce RUN !! She is not there to help

Touchstone provided services for my son both through his school and outside of school. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

In the beginning, the individual assigned to help my son was very unreliable. It felt like Kathryn McKenzie was constantly canceling meetings, which made it difficult to build consistency and trust in the services being provided. After going through the process with her, we were informed that she would be transferring and another person would be taking over my son’s care.

Great therapists and clinicians but unfortunately at the organizational level, your kids are walking dollar signs. They will drop you without warning (my kid had services one day and didn’t the next - twice) with no regard for lapse in therapy including medication. Extreme disorganization at the cost of your child's mental health. Have a backup plan if your child is getting services through a grant with Touchstone.
