We switched agencies so he could get ABA therapy. It's been almost a year, i have contacted his case worker, her supervisor, still haven't heard anything. I asked about family therapy for support, never heard back. The only service we have now is the psychologist.

The staff here is amazing!!! Everyone genuinely cares, appointments are always ontime! Claudia and Erica are loved by my children. I can see such a dramatic change in their behavior in just weeks and most importantly they train you to see things from a different perspective. All they ask is for your willingness to learn.

Today was the first time I had a provider's office tell me there is 15 minute appointment available today only to tell me that my son needs a 30 minute appointment & cant be seen for over a month. To an office he's been to already. But because his previous providers have since left (revolving door providers here, nothing new) he can't be seen since a new provider needs that 15 extra minutes to type up an rx that he needs daily and is now out of. There's no counseling actually provided. Just rushed appointments of them telling you what rx they think your child should be on.
