My son had a great caseworker until he was switched over to the autism care side of Touchstone. His new caseworker didn’t seem to listen and didn’t put referrals in because “it would take too long for things to go through “, etc.
When this caseworker took a short leave of absence, the substitute caseworker did everything for us that wasn’t done in the first place. She became our caseworker now. She has become the person we trust with our son and she’s been a help to him and his younger brother as well.
