I took my MacBook in for a blank screen and after some digging, Brad discovered that it was basically busted and needed a new motherboard and a new upper clamshell. Rather than charge me for a bunch of repairs that might not work, he gave me some recommendations for where to replace my computer for cheap and save some money overall. Didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. Great experience, Brad is honest, patient, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy! Highly recommended.

Brad was very professional and had no problem working with me for a repair that I would be reimbursed through an extended warranty. He was able to do a functional repair (broken hinges) and back to me in less than a week. I would not hesitate to take any repair issue, hardware, software or physical damage to him in the future!!

Had a problem with pc desktop computer. Computer would not accept any typing command. Called Brad - he said bring it over. Within 10 minutes he solved the issue. Great service - highly recommend Brad.
