if there was a way to put negative one star that there would be a lot of people pressing it probably. This is not the best place to get your taxes done. They tell you you do not have any fees until you get paid from the government, but then they don't file them because they ask for all these fees before filing so this is not a good place for anyone to get their taxes done.

I used this place for my 2021 taxes and had to pay in over $5000 back to Uncle Sam. I went to a new place for my 2022 taxes and only had to pay $1000. No, my taxes didn't dramatically change in one year. I don't recommend this place. Jackson Hewitt in VB is better.

Dont know yet haven't seen any results been 6 months still getting billed by IRS and paying a bi weekly fee to tax -rite maybe later on something will accur
