My doggie barfed on my Ralph Lauren comforter and left a big stain ? Mr Rob got it out no problem and the comforter is looking great!!! And it was ready 3 days early!! Highly recommend them!!!
I have been using Mr Rob’s for my dry cleaning and to launder and press my shirts for seven years, since I moved to Van Buren. My clothing always looks great, is always ready when promised, and the staff are always pleasant and professional.
I like the timely content delivery of my cleaning. The cost is at the top of what I’m willing to pay. However, the convenience is still, at this time, worth the higher cost. One recommendation I would make: be more careful about “frying” the buttons. They crack and disintegrate way too soon. I’m fairly happy. The attendants are efficient and cordial. That will satisfy most customers. I’m a little more folksy and personal. I tend to wish there was a little more “family friendly” atmosphere. But, I’m good?
