Our Technician was Jordan Bailey. He was wonderful. Jordan was knowledgeable, sincere and extremely helpful. He offered to help us in any way. He found tree roots in our broken line and was very nice in calming us down and letting us know it's all fixable. He would recommend his services to anyone.
Thank you for coming out so quickly!
This is the second time that Jordan has come out to help me. Unfortunately, both times were on a weekend, or after hours. Regardless, Jordan arrived in a timely matter. He is knowledgeable and friendly. One thing I noticed is that he always checks, and double checks the work after it is completed. I truly appreciate that, and it gives me peace of mind. I'm grateful for his help! Thanks to Jordan and Roto-Rooter!
