“This is the person you want to do your repairs & remodeling. Our nonprofit first used him after the tornado's in May 2024. We needed extensive repairs done and we got estimates. AJ's Roofing Home Repair & Remodeling came in over $20,000 lower than another company in Rogers. While some companies were looking to inflate their prices to prey on people during difficult times AJ's gave a fair price and just wanted to do good work. For the price he gave us he went ABOVE & BEYOND. Our center we provide services to the community looked better than it did before the tornado hit it! Everyone loves the look of it so much more now.

We just used AJ's again for an emergency project to move an entire sober living house from one location to another with very little notice. The property needed repairs before we could move our residents to their new home and again, they went ABOVE & BEYOND! They got the entire project done so fast and we were able to get everyone safely transitioned over on time!

The price was again, more than fair. Also, the guy running the show REALLY cares about the work they do. He wants things to be done right and he makes sure they are done that way! He knows his stuff.

“July 2024. I normally do not leave reviews for products or services, because I have rarely been super impressed with the company or product. My experience with Arcadia Roofing and Siding changed this. I wanted new siding, instead of repainting, for my house. I got 4 estimates, all local businesses in NW Arkansas area. First thing I noticed about Kai from Arcadia was how respectful, polite and down to earth he was during the estimate process. He seemed genuinely interested in making me happy as a customer and providing me with what I wanted and needed...he did not try to sell me any extras or upgrades, etc. I felt very comfortable and not pressured talking to him. Well, needless to say, I chose Arcadia to do the work on my house. The other 3 company's I spoke with all seemed to have an air of superiority to them, like alot of salesmen/contractors I have experienced in my lifetime. Also, Arcadia had the best cost estimate with quality name brand (I researched) materials. Two other estimates were close, but a few thousand more, but one estimate (a highly regarded and well reviewed company in NW Arkansas) gave me a quote of TWICE the price of Arcadia...He had no explanation as to why, since the process he gave me was going to be the same as all the others...He said "We are not known to be cheap"... Well, all that said, the proof is in the pudding, the RESULTS. The siding turned out immaculate, beautiful, perfect...I can't believe how beautiful the house looks now! The siding crew was polite, hardworking, and extremely skilled. The cleanup was great! And all through the process, Kai would communicate frequently to notify me of each step, address any questions or concerns I might have, and help me with things I think were extra and not really part of the expectation. He was great and is a great person! I was not forgotten by the company as has happened by other contractors I have dealt with. I was so impressed that I ended up using Arcadia, and Kai, to complete interior repairs, roof repairs and new gutters that I needed. He actually saw damage on my roof that I would never have known about, helped me file an insurance claim, worked with the insurance company after they low balled the initial claim, which resulted in a MUCH higher claim check. Jay, another representative for Arcadia, also helped me when Kai was on other jobs. Jay was extremely nice, polite, helpful, and provided detailed answers to my questions that greatly helped me understand the construction process of the work on my house, and the insurance claim process we were dealing with. He is great! All contractors should be as good as Kai and Jay...It would make for much less stress and great results in home repairs. I was blown away by the level of customer service, professionalism, and the beautiful end results of Kai, Jay and Arcadia Roofing and Siding!!!“

“This is a review of Brandon Howard, the Perry Roofing estimator that inspected my roof after an extremely heavy hail storm. To be brief, he's a great rep for the Company. He didn't try to sell me a roofing job, explaining that half the roofing was pretty badly damaged, the other half (N and East facing) not quite as badly, so insurance company response might be for partial replacement. His inspection was thorough as was his explanation of the condition of the roof. He was courteous, communicated well, and left me with the impression of sincere concern for the best option for the potential client. He took photos and notes and confirmed that the results of his inspection will be kept on file with the company. My roof will need to be replaced soon - after the next of our increasingly frequent hail storms, or the one after that. You can bet that I will call Brandon and Perry Roofing for the job.“
