“This is the second time I have used Perry Roofing. After the hailstorm I called the office and asked Amber for an inspection since they had done the roof before. She was very professional and friendly on the phone. Brandon did the inspection and he was great. Answered all my questions and scheduled the job after I cleared it with insurance. “Affordable Roofs LLC came quickly to our house after we called them. We had baseball size hail pellet our house and outbuildings. After the inspection of the roofs it was determined they needed replaced. We received the bid details the next day to turn into our insurance. The insurance inspector determined the bid was close enough to just write us a check for total replacement. The shingles ect were delivered and the next dry day available the crew showed up at 7AM.to start the work. With the tarps surrounding the house the shingles were removed from my house to a waiting trailer for removal. By 12:30 all the shingles were replaced! We talked about the importance of ventilation. The ridge vent that was on the house (now I know) was not giving proper ventilation. Sam suggested we have new vents put on instead of the ridge vents. Oh my, what a difference in ventilation they are. My air conditioner actually shuts off now for long periods of time instead of 10 mins! Thank you for the advice!! The 2 sheds that needed roof replacement only took a couple hrs. They were loaded up with all the shingles and nails (picked up with a magnet) onto trailer to dispose of by 5. What a fantastic job they did. They even painted the ugly utility pipes coming out of my roof to match my shingles.
