“This is a review of Brandon Howard, the Perry Roofing estimator that inspected my roof after an extremely heavy hail storm. To be brief, he's a great rep for the Company. He didn't try to sell me a roofing job, explaining that half the roofing was pretty badly damaged, the other half (N and East facing) not quite as badly, so insurance company response might be for partial replacement. His inspection was thorough as was his explanation of the condition of the roof. He was courteous, communicated well, and left me with the impression of sincere concern for the best option for the potential client. He took photos and notes and confirmed that the results of his inspection will be kept on file with the company.
