Even though their minimum was higher than the insurance check for my damaged fence, Sam was willing to have the work done for that lower price and able to get someone out the next day and get it taken care of. When there was some miscommunication about haul off, Sam personally came the following day to remove the damaged materials himself. They were one of the easiest people I've had to work with throughout a fairly major family tragedy and I appreciated their work.

Due to the NWA storms in April 2025, we had about $70,000 in damage to our home. Despite calling a few local contractors and never receiving calls back, I hired Ethan after he knocked on my door one afternoon after the storm and gave me his business card. He completed a walkaround that day, and we were off.
We needed a roof, gutters, wood siding repainted, and worst of all, we had many historic leaded glass wood sash windows broken. Some of these windows were decorative, with lead caming partitions and up to 12 individual panes per sash. Elite was able to sub all of this out, and the windows were completed beyond our satisfaction by Andrew with Old Soul Carpentry.
