Chris is a great guy. He and his guys show up on time and get the job done. He’s always quick to personally come fix a problem. And when he gives you a quote, that’s what he’ll charge when he’s done. The only HVAC company I’ll use.
Was staying at river's edge RV park and had an issue with my R VS AC unit. I called Phipps and Even though i did not contract their services the owner was more than helpful and caring about my situation. He went out of his way do answer any questions help with any needs, And go as far As checking back up with me the next day. If I ever Have another issue and in the area I will definitely be giving them a call.
A/C service and repair recommendation.Phipps Heating and Cooling Services.Yesterday afternoon our A/C stopped blowing cold air. I looked for reviews on the Nine Mile Falls Facebook pages and saw some good ones about Phipps. I texted the provided number and received a reply early this morning stating he would be able to come by sometime today.Mr. Phipps came by at approximately 1:30pm and quickly diagnosed the issue. Within a half hour he had replaced the condenser and checked the system. The cold air began to blow almost immediately.The cost of the parts, labor, and same day service was extremely reasonable and appreciated.I cannot recommend Phipps Heating and Cooling...read full review
