My dog was choking and they put him to sleep and got the bone out gave him a shot and sent some meds home with me to give to him,they get a Double AA from me, thanks you all for saving my dog

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had when trying to contact the clinic regarding a sick calf. When I called the front desk, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. Your website clearly states that you have an emergency number for assistance between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m., so I called that number as well. Unfortunately, the person who answered was also unhelpful and gave me attitude, telling me there was nothing they could do and nothing I could do either.
I was extremely frustrated by the lack of compassion and professionalism from your team, especially given that this was an urgent situation involving an animal in distress. I ended up getting more useful advice from someone at Tractor Supply than from your clinic, which is unacceptable for a veterinary practice.

Gave wrong price quote for shots took my two dogs back gave them shots . My bill was 100 vs what was said 34 each dog.
Then blamed me. I said no I am fixed income i double check all info before I decide . Have to . Ask anyone on fixed income. Would not do it again with them .

Front desk was rude. Was seriously suprised by the lack customer service and attitude especially since their sister clinic is amazing and so helpful.

It was bad my dog was sick and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and just because they had me over the barrel and when is you charging me to put my little dog down now that is rude

Called them out for a downed cow on two different occasions and the result two dead cows and a large bill.

No appointment necessary. Walk ins welcome.
