We have used Larkin several times since living in Siloam Springs, AR. Every time they have been quick, knowledgeable, and fair priced. I contacted them on a Thursday morning. By Thursday afternoon a service person call to say they were on the way! Got here, and within about an hour had the AC unit cleaned and charged. He let me know what he had done, and made sure it was blowing cold before leaving. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Several times they have saved me thousands of dollars on a replacement and repaired our older upstairs unit when other services said that replacement was the only option. Taylor and John came, saw, and conquered. They removed a unit that was installed in 1973. They had to completely rewire two units that had extensive work done over decades of maintenance. These guys were professional and clean! Knowledgeable service got the work done right. We felt a seven degree drop in 15 minutes of unit being on. It was 91 degrees! Very thankful to be back down to 72 for our baby. The guys worked great around my husky, and accommodated him by using proper entryways.
