Five Star Plumbing has been used several times for rental properties and a personal home, always doing an outstanding job in a timely manner. The team is professional, always responsive, and provides great customer service. They are on time and extremely communicative, with one resolution taking less than 20 minutes. For a water heater, they suggested a new location, worked with the air conditioning company to remove the old unit, and installed the new one, explaining as they went. They also came out on New Year's Day for a major leak, using an excavator to find it at no extra charge. Other work included repairing a leak under the house, installing a shutoff valve, replacing a bathroom valve, and installing a new handicapped toilet. They restored hot water on a weekend with a house full of guests. Highly recommended.

First they suggested a new locaton for the water heater, which was brilliant, then they had to work with the air conditioning company to remove the old water heater, then they installed the new water heater, running lines, working under the house, and always explaining as they went. Now my hot water reaches the farthest part of the house faster than it did before. Highly recommend!
Had a major water leak, this great company came out on new years day to look into it. Had to get their excavator in to dig up the ground & find the leak. Great work, and appreciate the fact they came out on a holiday at no extra charge. Great company & service.
**Edit** Had a water leak under the house had it repaired and a shutoff valve installed. Also had the shut off valve in one of the bathrooms replaced. Great work like previous experience 5 years ago.
Update: Got a new handicapped toilet, noticeably higher than standard toilets which helps when.you have arthritis and other issues. They did a great job. Highly recommended
