The day I walked into Carpet One in Rogers, I had about given up on my search for flooring… I was confused and frustrated to say the least. Then I met Rachael ! She was not pushy, she answered all of my questions (of which there were MANY) with patience and knowledge. She listened to my ideas and helped me bring them to life. She came to my home and measured and gave me estimates with no pressure. When I made my decision, She coordinated everything. Lindsey from Carpet 1 in Rogers was AMAZING! She helped me with a massive project upstairs removing carpet and adding in vinyl. She was super knowledgeable and so positive to work with. Explaining all of my options without making it overwhelming. Jason installed our new floors in a day and was so pleasant! The entire process end to end took under two weeks and was seamless. Will be coming back for future projects.
