1st Choice Flooring is a fantastic and professional flooring company. The staff is very friendly and provides great communication and assistance. Installation is done in a professional manner and goes smoothly, with the final total matching the estimate. Customers see great results, like the floors so much they install them in their own homes, and would use the company again and again.
We are first-time home owners and this was our first real experience with renovation projects. 1st Choice Flooring took us on with ease and friendliness along with professional insight and experience to help us make the right decisions on what type of floors we would like while still staying within our budget.
Norma was our first impression for the company and she was accommodating with the first meeting scheduling along with guiding us comfortably through the process of selecting the right floors for us while staying within our budget. She was friendly and insightful and helped us feel confident that they were the right choice to do our floor renovations.
While doing a Home Inspection I saw a wood floor that was installed by First Choice, I liked it so much that I had the same floor installed in my home. I have never seen flooring installed in a more professional manor. I would use them again and again.

My experience with this company was all positive. They were all very professional and honest. Amy stayed in contact through the entire process. The installation crew was amazing as well. The job that they did was some of the best work that I have seen in a very long time. They made sure that everything was perfect before they left. They left absolutely no mess behind. I would definitely reccomend. Also, very affordable.
