“I rented an apartment from October 2020 to January 2025 and really enjoyed my time there. I’m giving the experience 4 stars instead of 5 because the person who was originally in charge of managing the property was hard to deal with quite frankly. Hardly ever responded, I would have to send texts and emails just to see if my maintenance request was received, and they would drag their feet about getting anything fixed. Even when my apartment got broken into by another tenant, they dragged their feet about repairing the hole in my ceiling from the tenant breaking through it (but that’s for another day). Luckily, LeeAnn started taking over the property and things were uphill from there! If I had issues, they were always resolved quickly or I was given a realistic timeframe of when they would be. She was always pleasant to deal with, helpful with any questions, and made living in my unit worry-free. If I could copy and paste the unit and LeeAnn as my property manager for any new apartments I live in, I would!“
