She is kind, truly cared about her clients, extremely knowledgeable of all things NWA Real Estate, and an excellent communicator. Nicky was amazing to work with during the entire process. Before working with her my husband and I were considering selling the house ourselves, and we are so glad that we didn't. From the first conversation we had with Nicky we felt very informed and at ease with the whole process of listing our house. She had our house listed quickly, and it sold on the first day it was on the market for an amazing offer.
