These folks are knowledgeable and earnestly helpful. We’ve bought many parts for our SofTub from them since 2010, including a replacement liner, and have always been happy with their customer service and product quality.

I have been dealing with this company close to 20 years. During that time I have purchased a couple hot tubs, plus filters and a few parts. I have called with questions and always received help. Even called once while he was on vacation. Service has always been great.
