“UPDATE 10/14/26
I just got off the phone with the district manager- Lena. She assured me this is not the normal protocol. She explained to me that she and the manager will work to educate the staff. We did look and for some reason my CC was not charged, as I was told it would be. I am so grateful to meet a manager who truly cares about their customers! I am excited to go back!!
Breanne is AMAZING!! I have been to her 2 times. Upon my 3 appt I need to reschedule. I responded to the message sent out and no response. My appt was for 11:15 on a Sunday. I cancelled my appt at 11:28 on the Saturday before my appt ( 13 min outside thier 24 window).
I finally was able to log in to the online portal and cancelled my appt about 445 (again) on Saturday.
As of Sunday at 1:30p still no response from
My text message to the company.
I stoped in on Sunday. to inquire if I would be charged a cancellation fee for being 13 min late to respond to reschedule. The young lady at the front desk stated there was nothing she could do and was not too concerned and had no empathy about the situation.
Ladies and gentlemen learn from
My- don’t book ahead for sure! Because gosh forbid you have a busy life. I won’t be back but should I find that Breanne is elsewhere I will totally follow her anywhere !”
“Gina always does an excellent job in cutting my hair. The salon is very inviting and friendly.”
