UPDATE 10/14/26 I just got off the phone with the district manager- Lena. She assured me this is not the normal protocol. She explained to me that she and the manager will work to educate the staff. We did look and for some reason my CC was not charged, as I was told it would be. I am so grateful to meet a manager who truly cares about their customers! I am excited to go back!!
Breanne is AMAZING!! I have been to her 2 times. Upon my 3 appt I need to reschedule. I responded to the message sent out and no response. My appt was for 11:15 on a Sunday. I cancelled my appt at 11:28 on the Saturday before my appt ( 13 min outside thier 24 window).
