I had an amazing experience at The Wax Suite! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and full of positive energy. Nothing but good vibes from start to finish.
What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable and professional she was. Rhonda explained everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her confidence and expertise immediately put me at ease.
The biggest surprise? I didn’t tear up once, I didn’t flinch, and I didn’t even make a frown not once! She is that good. She has such a gentle technique.
EDIT BECAUSE I DONT KNOW HOWTO MAKE ANOTHER REVIEW! My previous review was from 2 years ago when I got my first ever Brazilian from Rhonda. I’ve come to her a couple times since but this time I went to a different lady because Ms. Rhonda is on a well deserved vacation♥ I won’t do that again. This lady I just got done at was pretty painful. Now it’s been 4 weeks since I had a wax done so I was not very hairy, but she had no rhyme to how she was waxing. I couldn’t even talk thru it like I can with Rhonda. Rhonda has the technique down! I’m sorry Ms. Rhonda, I’ll wait for you next time!

Ms Rhonda is amazing! She has the most calming tone as she walks you through the process or keeps up the banter if that’s what helps you distract from what’s going on below 🤣 She definitely makes you feel at ease and her space is clean and spotless!
